Technology from one business owner to another

Do you really need a system?

We design processes and build custom software, artificial intelligence and automation for companies that have outgrown generic tools. From Mato Grosso do Sul to the rest of Brazil.

Before selling, CodeZord analyzes. The honest answer can be any of these:

The client's result first. Ours second.

Warning signs

Has this already happened in your company?

We look for waste, dependency, fraud risk and poorly defined processes. If any of these sounds familiar, the problem may not be a lack of software. Technology is also governance.

01

One person knows how everything works

If they leave, take a vacation or fall ill, operations stop. Dependency is a risk, not just an inconvenience.

02

The process lives in spreadsheets and WhatsApp

Nobody knows which version is right. The information exists, but never arrives on time.

03

Power and information concentrated

When a few people see everything and nobody double-checks, the door to fraud stays open.

04

The system forces you to change your operation

You adapted the business to the software, not the other way around. That costs a lot every month.

We are not a software factory.

Software factory

  • Starts from a list of features.
  • Sells whatever is trendy.
  • You adapt to the system.
  • Delivers and disappears.
  • A purely technical decision.

CodeZord

  • Starts from the result you want.
  • Recommends the off-the-shelf tool when it solves it better.
  • The system follows your operation.
  • Stays responsible until it works.
  • A business owner talking to a business owner.
The gap

Between the spreadsheet and SAP there is a huge, overlooked space.

Drag: where is your company?

GenericCodeZordLarge scale

The gap: where CodeZord works

A company that has grown, has its own particularities and no longer fits a generic system. But it does not yet justify the cost and rigidity of a giant platform.

What we do

Process first. Software and AI when they make sense.

01

Process

Before the code, the design.

Understand how the operation really works, find where money is lost and where the risk lives, and redesign the flow. Often that is where the biggest gain is, with or without technology.

  • Mapping the operation as it is, not as the manual says
  • Flow redesign: rework, waiting, bottlenecks
  • Controls and governance: who sees, who approves, what is recorded
  • Worth it even if you never hire anything else
02

Custom software

When it makes sense to build.

Management and operations systems built for your process, not the other way around. If an off-the-shelf tool does it better, we say so.

  • Custom systems for your operation
  • Integration with what you already use
  • The code and documentation are yours

Artificial intelligence that pays for itself.

AI is not the goal: it is a tool. It comes in when it solves a real operational pain, with clear rules, a person in control and a cost that is justified.

  • Read and classify

Documents, invoices, contracts and spreadsheets, without manual typing.

  • Serve and triage

Replies and routing with the context of your company.

  • Flag what slips through

Anomalies, discrepancies and signs of risk or misconduct.

  • Internal assistant

Queries the company system, builds reports and supports the team day to day.

A few examples

  • DORA

    PlataFarm

    Executor

Queries everything the system knows and delivers reports to users, with nobody having to build a spreadsheet.

  • Tony

    Gold Grãos & Negócios

    Sales team support

Finds any information in the system, creates reports, writes messages to clients and reminds of follow-ups. Follows the professional WhatsApp, helps reply, analyzes the sentiment of conversations and alerts the manager to deviations and service failures.

If the AI does not pay for itself, I will tell you not to use it.

Real case · Gold Grãos & Negócios · PlataFarm

Transforming an agribusiness operation that used to run without data.

3 years

of continuous partnership

  • Little technology, data and information in a robust sector.

Processed data delivered to the farmer client.

  • Fear of investing, because they could not see.

Investment decisions with a long-term view.

  • A team afraid of losing their place.

A team that does not want to go back to spreadsheets.

Decisions

“Today I am not afraid to make investments I did not make before, because I could not see.”

Team

“At first it was fear: they thought it would take their place, their job. Today they tell me that if they went to work at another company without a platform like this, they would be lost.”

Alvaro Lanza · Gold Grãos & Negócios and PlataFarm

Partnership

“The IT vision and mine, from someone who has been in the sector for 16 years: that combination is what gave the business this scale.”

When we said no

Real case. Client kept anonymous.

Situation
An entrepreneur starting a business wanted their own system to control deliveries from Mercado Livre, Shopee and other marketplaces. They had already priced a market solution: R$ 15k per year plus R$ 2k per month, about R$ 39k per year.
What we recommended
That they not build the system with us. A custom one would cost more than that, and since they would use it only in their own operation, without offering it to customers, it was not worth it. The market solution already delivered what they needed.
Outcome
We gave up the project. If one day they offer the system to other companies, that is a different conversation.
Projects

From agribusiness to retail, from AI to finance.

Each solution was born from a client's operation. A sample of what we have built:

Rayan Cavalheiro

Owner-partner

CodeZord was born before it existed as a company.

At two different companies, I lived the same problem: the systems could not handle the whole operation. There was always a gap between what the company needed and what the available technology delivered.

I took on those gaps. I understood the problem, analyzed the process and built the solution, even when it was not formally my job. There was no specification. There was a business problem.

I realized that many companies do not need someone who programs. They need someone who understands the operation, finds what is wrong, structures what does not exist yet and turns it into technology that works.

That is why software, AI and automation are means, not the end. If an off-the-shelf tool solves it better and with less risk, I will tell you, even if it costs me the project.

The client's result first. Ours second.

How it works

No surprises. You know the next step before taking it.

  1. 01

    Conversation

    30 minutes, no cost

You tell me the problem. I tell you frankly whether it makes sense to build, buy off the shelf or wait.

  2. 02

    Mapping

    1 to 2 weeks

I map how the operation works today: where there is rework, waiting and risk. Without that, any system is a guess.

  3. 03

    Fixed proposal

    A few days

Scope, deadline and price in writing. You know what you will get before you sign.

  4. 04

    Short deliveries

    Cycles of ~2 weeks

You see and use the system little by little, not only at the end. A wrong turn shows up early, when it is cheap to fix.

  5. 05

    Follow-through

    Until it works

I stay until the operation truly runs. The code and the documentation are yours.

Investment

Price up front, before the first meeting.

Each project has its own scope, so the final amount comes from the fixed proposal. These are starting points, so you know whether it fits your budget.

Process diagnosis

starting at

R$ 3k

one-time fee

Mapping of the operation, risks and waste, with a plan of what to build, buy or adjust. Worth it even if you never hire anything else.

Custom system

starting at

R$ 30k

fixed-price project

From design to delivery, with price and deadline set in the proposal. Every project has its own cost. This is the starting point.

Evolution and support

starting at

R$ 2.5k

per month

Adjustments, new needs and follow-up after delivery, so the system grows together with the company.

The code is yours.

You receive the source code and documentation. No hostage situations.

Price and deadline in writing.

A fixed proposal before we start. Scope changes are agreed, never imposed.

A drama-free exit.

If you ever want to switch vendors, the system stays yours and keeps working.

No commitment in the first conversation.

If it does not make sense, I will say so. I have turned down projects for that.

What every business owner asks.

  • Often yes, but not always. If the system works, I will tell you to keep it. If there are gaps around it, we evaluate whether it is worth integrating, extending or replacing it.

  • It depends on what needs to be solved, which is why we work with a fixed proposal after the mapping. The starting prices are right above. You know the price before you sign.

  • First deliveries in cycles of about two weeks, so you see results early. The total timeline goes into the proposal, after the mapping.

  • It happens. Any change is discussed and quoted before it is made. Nothing lands on your bill by surprise.

  • No. You receive the code and documentation, and the system runs without CodeZord. Dependency is exactly what we fight in your processes, and we will not create our own.

  • Security and access control are part of the design from the start: each person sees only what they need, and actions are logged. Details go into the proposal.

  • Yes. Part of the work is on-site at the beginning, mapping the operation, and the rest works well remotely.
